Multnomah Falls (Lower)

One of my favorite places in the world to visit is Multnomah Falls, with it’s long, slender falls and its perfectly designed bridge crossing the raging waters above. It’s a location I visit and photograph everytime I travel to the City of Roses.
Unfortunately, a big portion of the Columbia River Gorge Scenic Area was torched by the Eagle Creek Fire in 2017 due to some irresponsible kids playing with smoke bombs. It just hurts my heart thinking of this amazing area of the world burning to ashes and unable to showcase it’s energy and beauty for all to see and enjoy (luckily with some amazing work of fire fighters, they were able to save the lodge and the area near the falls).
